The carpark is open 24 hours via EPS parking. Vehicle height limit is up to 1.85m. Loading & unloading vehicle height limit is up to 3.5m.
- For quick access to the Office Tower, park on the Level 4A, 5A, 6A and 7.
- Please park at designated lots only. Vehicles parked within the premises are at owner's risks.
- The Management accepts no responsibility for any misdemeanor theft or damages to the vehicles or to any content there in.

Bicycle parking racks are conveniently located on Level 1, behind Han's Cafe for public free use, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis and at owners' risk.
Free Play at Outdoor Court
The outdoor court is equipped with a basketball post which is free for all to use, on a first-come-first-served basis. For hosting of events/ activities/ compeititons at Outdoor Court, please email your enquiry to promotions@velocitynovena.com.
Renting of basketballs are available for free of charge at Level 1, Customer Service Counter.
